Attendees were treated to a delicious breakfast as the panelists discussed topics such as managing work-life balance, succession planning and employee retention. The event included time for attendees to ask questions and network amongst themselves and the panelists.
The U40 Network currently has almost 500 members. Its goal is to help Vancouver’s young construction professionals build their networks, access professional development and contribute to the community in meaningful ways, thus evolving as the future leaders of the construction industry in the Lower Mainland.
