VRCA offers Stat Dec signings and large format print services with enhanced safety measures in place!

In order to support our industry during these unprecedented times, VRCA has resumed Stat Dec signings and large format print services at its office, with the following new safety measures in place to protect members, visitors and staff:

Stat Dec signings – by appointment only

Step 1: To book your appointment for Stat Dec signings, please call 604-294-3766.

Step 2: We will provide you with an appointment time. Please bring to the appointment:

• • Photo identification; and
  • Your own pen to sign paperwork.

Step 3:

• • For CCDC 9A (2018) and CCDC 9B (2018) Statutory Declaration Forms – These forms must be accompanied by a CCDC 9 (2018) seal. Please either purchase seals in advance of your appointment at the VRCA Store or bring seals with you.
  • For non-CCDC Statutory Declaration Forms – Seals are not required.

Step 4: If you purchase seals at your appointment, VRCA will accept payment by credit card only.

Large format print services

Step 1: Please email large format print requests to Karla Ramirez at [email protected] Note: Only emailed files will be accepted at this time and not USBs or hard copies.

Step 2: VRCA will process the print order and notify you via email when it is ready for pick-up.

Step 3: VRCA will accept payment by credit card only.
