Community Benefits Agreement<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/h3>\n

In July 2018, the<\/span><\/span> Government of British Columbia announced <\/span><\/span>that major infrastructure projects would be built using the Community Benefits Agreement<\/span><\/span> (CBA)<\/span><\/span>, which requires contractors working on CBA projects<\/span><\/span> to<\/span><\/span> obtain their labour from <\/span><\/span>BC Infrastructure Benefits<\/span><\/span> Inc.<\/span><\/span>, the Crown Corporation established to be the <\/span><\/span>employer on all CBA projects.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
