The concept joins the owner, consultant and contractor in a team whose objective is to deliver the project with emphasis on time, budget and constructability. The CCDC developed three CM contract forms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCDC 5A Construction Management Contract \u2013 For Services<\/li>\n<li>CCDC 5B Construction Management Contract \u2013 For Services and Construction<\/li>\n<li>CCDC 17 Stipulated Price Contract Between Owner and Trade Contractor for CM Projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This course is a valuable resource for owners, executives and managers from construction buyers, architects, engineers, contractors and allied professionals (lawyers, insurance\/surety advisors) in the construction industry.
