Additionally, it describes the methodology of the data collection, and shares some interesting industry statistics. On top of that, potential changes and updates in training formats are discussed.<\/p>\n<p>RDH Building Science Inc. was commissioned to undertake the industry study on behalf of VRCA. For data collection, RDH distributed a survey and held phone interviews with key members of the construction community.<\/p>\n<p>VRCA was able to hire RDH to perform these activities through a grant received by the Real Estate Foundation of BC (REFBC).<\/p>\n<p>VRCA has begun to act on the results of the study by adding new courses to the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.vrca.ca\/page\/events%20calendar.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Education Calendar<\/a>. More new courses will be added in the coming months.
