In an effort to enhance industry knowledge surrounding the benefits of prefabrication, VRCA is adding a new course to its education calendar called Think Outside the Site: Making Prefabrication Work for Your Project.

This half-day workshop on May 9 will discuss the existing options for increasing the amount of prefabrication done on projects.

Using an interactive classroom presentation and hands-on examples, attendees will be taken through the benefits and drawbacks of prefabrication, how to spot opportunities, and how to successfully include prefabrication on projects.

Following successful completion of the course, attendees will be able to better identify and implement prefabrication options within their work area.

Mark Taylor, a construction industry veteran with over 30 years of front-line experience, will teach the course. Mark is also the instructor of the very popular Planning for Foremen course, hosted by VRCA.
