Jeannine Martin
With over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, Jeannine Martin leads the VRCA in advocating for business and legislative change, delivering educational programming, and facilitating business-building connections for 900+ member companies. Her extensive industry knowledge and business development background strengthen VRCA’s strategic direction.

Aimee Happ
VRCA
Aimee Happ
Aimee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Calgary, and has a strong background in marketing communications, program management, and marketing operations. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, attending barre classes, and enjoying a good London Fog.

Greg Hemminger
Vancouver Island Regional Construction Association – VICA
Greg Hemminger
Greg is the Harm Reduction Project Coordinator for the Lower Mainland representing VICA out of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association office. He leads harm reduction initiatives, providing training on substance use, mental health, and workplace safety across the greater Vancouver area.
