Jeannine Martin
President

Jeannine Martin
With over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, Jeannine Martin leads the VRCA in advocating for business and legislative change, delivering educational programming, and facilitating business-building connections for 900+ member companies. Her extensive industry knowledge and business development background strengthen VRCA’s strategic direction.
Craig Larkins
Director of Advocacy and Engagement

Craig Larkins
Craig brings 15 years of experience in news media, including roles at CBC and Global News. He later transitioned to politics as Director of Communications for four MLAs in Manitoba and has taught digital marketing at a university level.
Cecile Lopez

Cecile Lopez
Cecile manages daily operations and supports the President and Board of Directors. With a background in marketing and a master’s degree in education, she brings strong organizational and process improvement skills to VRCA. Cecile enjoys theater, music, cooking, and traveling.
Sandy Ho
Director of Finance

Sandy Ho
As the Director of Finance, Sandy is responsible for the financial health of the Association. Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with members in mind. She holds two Master degrees in Investment in Finance and Corporate Governance and a long time Fellow of CPA in good standing.
Sherry Morrell

Sherry Morrell
With over 40 years at VRCA, Sherry is the longest-serving team member. She supports members with print-scan services, BidCentral updates, and Commissioner of Oath services. Her laughter and warmth are well-known in the construction community.
Karla Ramirez

Karla Ramirez
Karla ensures exceptional customer service for VRCA members, assisting with document sales, print and scan services, and profile updates. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing and watching her favorite TV shows.
Erin Wormald

With over 20 years in customer service and a background in construction, Erin is dedicated to ensuring members receive maximum value from their VRCA membership. She enjoys music, traveling, writing, and swimming.

Eva oversees VRCA’s education programs and workforce development initiatives. With degrees in education and applied linguistics, she focuses on training and talent attraction in the construction industry.

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Calgary, and has a strong background in marketing communications, program management, and marketing operations. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, attending barre classes, and enjoying a good London Fog.

Daniel is a digital media and marketing expert with years of experience. He focuses on user-centric websites, digital content, data & marketing analytics, UX/UI, web & graphic design, data visualization, and customer analytics.

Carolina Wong
Carolina holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts (Print Media, Digital Media and Photography) from UBC. She brings a strong background in graphic design as well as event coordination and management and wedding planning. Carolina supports and executes VRCA’s programs and events.

Greg Hemminger
Greg is the Harm Reduction Project Coordinator for the Lower Mainland representing VICA out of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association office. He leads harm reduction initiatives, providing training on substance use, mental health, and workplace safety across the greater Vancouver area.
