VRCA 2026-27 Board of Directors Nominees

A vote that matters to your business success.

Voting for the VRCA Board of Directors is one of the most important benefits of membership. The VRCA Board is highly instrumental in determining the strategic direction, efficacy, and advocacy efforts of the Association.

There are two ways to cast your vote:

1. Online from 8am to 11am, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, or
2. By assigning your proxy by 5:00pm, Sunday, February 1, 2026

Online voting: Members in good standing may vote online from 8am to 11am, Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Please register your organization’s representative for the AGM to receive unique online voting credentials (one vote per company). Click here to register.

Prefer to assign your proxy?  A member firm can assign their proxy to the VRCA Chair, Vice Chair, or a VRCA Member in Good Standing.  Simply complete the PROXY FORM and email it to proxy@vrca.ca no later than 5:00pm Sunday February 1, 2026.

Attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting, Bursary Awards, and Member Networking Mixer.

With one registration before 5pm Sunday, February 1, 2026.
