The YCL is a working committee that provides Young Construction Leaders from Lower Mainland member companies with opportunities to broaden their industry knowledge through educational and networking opportunities. In return, committee members gain leadership training and professional growth, build valuable business connections, exposure to government advocacy efforts, and increase visibility for themselves and their organizations.

I then joined Ram Construction to further my career, ultimately achieving the position of Director of Construction, where I continue to grow and lead within the company.
