Do you want to learn how you can make your business more profitable? Of course you do! VRCA is excited to announce a series of new courses that will focus on the financial aspects of your business, designed to help you improve profitability and manage accounting needs.

On November 5, VRCA will host the course Profitable Contracting. This workshop will educate attendees on operational and financial management tools that can help a business manage their expenses and improve profitability.

Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers will be held on November 6 and 7. This interactive two-day workshop will focus on reading, producing, and analyzing financial reports to help you make informed decisions about your business.

If you are interested in learning more about the relationship between strategic planning and financial success, VRCA will be holding Strategic Planning: A Practical Guide for a Profitable Construction Company on November 8.

Finally, one of the most popular courses VRCA has run in recent years will return on November 4. Lead to Succeed: Leadership Skills for Foremen will help attendees better understand their own leadership style in order to successfully lead and communicate with their team.
