On February 12, we are hosting a new workshop to help you mitigate risk when responding to tenders containing non-standard clauses. This one-day workshop is intended for general and subcontractors, project owners, architects, engineers, bonding and insurance specialists, and lawyers. To follow, Construction Project Delivery Methods and their Challenging Clauses will be held on February 13. In this workshop, the characteristics, risks, benefits, and disadvantages behind each delivery method will be reviewed in detail. Through interactive exercises, participants will present their proposals and explain why their delivery method is the best option.
