Have you recently been promoted to a foreman position? Are you interested in developing your skills in this area for a future foreman role? Join us at VRCA on March 27 for How to Be a Better Foreman.

In this workshop, you will learn why many great tradespeople struggle with becoming a foreman due to lack of guidance. This one-day course will teach you the fundamentals of field leadership, organization, crew morale, efficiency, and productivity.

This session is geared for foremen of all levels of experience, and also serves as a good back-to-basics refresher for superintendents. The workshop is hosted by Paul Simpson, a Gold Seal certified superintendent with over 15 years of trade experience. He is currently teaching the piping trades at Thompson Rivers University.

Seats are limited, so be sure to register for this workshop today!
