Elections for the VRCA Young Construction Leaders (“YCL”) 2023 Committee were completed January 26, 2023.
We thank Kyle Davis, 2022 Past Chair, for his many years of commitment to the to the Young Construction Leaders, for his efforts in rebranding from the former U40, and in drafting new Terms of Reference, which were approved by the VRCA Board of Directors.
We thank Jeff Block for his year as 2022 YCL Chair and look forward to his year of service on the VRCA Board of Directors as the YCL Past Chair.
We welcome Scott Foran as the 2023 YCL Chair and are excited for his interest, energy, and leadership.
