The Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) is pleased to announce the results of the Elections for the VRCA Young Construction Leaders (YCL) 2024 Committee, which concluded on Thursday, January 25, 2024.

We thank Scott Foran, the 2023 Past Chair, for his unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership as the 2023 YCL Chair. We eagerly anticipate his continued service on the VRCA Board of Directors in his new role as the YCL Past Chair.

We are thrilled to welcome Avi Horwitz as the 2024 YCL Chair. Avi brings a wealth of enthusiasm, energy, and leadership to drive the committee forward.
