VRCA offers complimentary Commissioner of Oath Services (Statutory Declarations) in British Columbia. Note that we are authorized to notarize construction documents only.
Both CCDC 9A – 2018 Statutory Declaration of Progress Payment Distribution by Contractor and CCDC 9B – 2018 Statutory Declaration of Progress Payment Distribution by Subcontractor are available for download free of charge on the CCDC website.
- For CCDC 9A (2018) and CCDC 9B (2018) Statutory Declaration Forms – These forms must be accompanied by a CCDC 9 (2018) seal. Please either purchase seals in advance at the VRCA Store or bring seals with you.
- For non-CCDC Statutory Declaration Forms – Seals are not required.
Commissioner of Oath Services (Statutory Declarations) are available at the following locations and times;
*Photo identification will be requested upon your visit to verify you are the declarant signing the statutory declaration form
*Please note masks are recommended for service at either location, thank you!
