Bring Trades to Schools
VRCA’s “Bring Trades to Schools” program connects students with real-life construction experiences. Through interactive hands-on workshops and industry-led demonstrations, students gain exposure to high-demand trades like carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and heavy-equipment machinery operation.
By partnering with schools and industry experts, this program helps students make informed career choices while addressing the growing need for skilled trades workers.
Building BTS Momentum
Bring Trades to Schools launched in 2024 with just 16 students. Today, more than 850 students have participated in hands-on construction and trades experiences, connecting youth directly with industry professionals, career pathways, and real-world opportunities.
