VRCA Opens Nominations for 2025 Outstanding Achievement Awards

Vancouver, BC – May 1, 2025 – The Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) is proud to announce that nominations are officially OPEN for the 2025 Awards of Excellence Outstanding Achievement Awards! These coveted awards honour the visionaries, changemakers, and industry champions who are building more than just projects they’re building a stronger and more inclusive construction sector.

This year, VRCA is thrilled to introduce two new categories that reflect the evolving values and leadership of our industry:

  • Inclusive Leadership in Construction Award – Celebrating individuals or organizations actively advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Leadership in Accessibility Award – Recognizing efforts that remove barriers and create accessible built environments and inclusive job sites for all.

“The Outstanding Achievement Awards are about celebrating the people who raise the bar for all of us. Whether they’re driving innovation, fostering inclusive cultures, or building safer, more accessible spaces these are the leaders shaping the future of B.C.’s construction industry,” said VRCA President Jeannine Martin.

  • Outstanding Woman in Construction
  • Education Leadership
  • Safety Excellence
  • Innovation and Productivity
  • Sustainability Leadership
  • Workforce Development Champion
  • Inclusive Leadership in Construction (NEW)
  • Leadership in Accessibility (NEW)
