VRCA Unveils Bold New Strategic Plan: Building Tomorrow’s Communities Starts

Vancouver, B.C. (July 4, 2025) — The Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) is proud to announce the launch of its 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, charting an ambitious path to evolve, unite, and amplify the Lower Mainland’s construction industry.

With the vision “Building tomorrow’s communities” the new plan is more than a roadmap, it’s a call to action for industry leaders, members, and stakeholders to join together in shaping the future of construction across the Lower Mainland.

“Construction is at a turning point, and VRCA is stepping up to bring people together and lead with purpose, integrity, and fresh thinking,” said Jeannine Martin, President of VRCA.

The plan is built around three core strategic priorities:

  • Evolve the association to stay relevant and lead in a changing construction landscape.
  • Unite industry stakeholders to build a stronger, more collaborative construction community.
  • Amplify the brand and value of construction to elevate the industry’s profile and attract the next generation of talent.

These priorities are grounded in VRCA’s values of community, leadership, inclusivity, integrity, and innovation and in its renewed mission to unite the voice of construction in the Lower Mainland to drive connection, advance change, and lead the industry forward.

Members and the public can explore the full 2025–2028 Strategic Plan at the newly launched VRCA.ca, located in the About section.
